    Great job on this assignment! I'm sorry that you posted the photos on a separate blog though, just because I want people to see them here. You did such good work. It's great that you incorporated this assignment into your travels. That's just what I was hoping for.

    I like the example of genetic variation in a population.

    A couple of corrections:

    1. I think you are confusing niche and habitat. Niche is the "job" or "role" that an organism serves in a community -- like being the predator -- whereas habitat is where it lives in that community -- like in the water or in the trees.

    2. Those leaves are not fronds, they are grass leaves. Fronds are leaves of ferns.
